Poem inspired by The Sweetest Remedy by Jane Igharo
Spitting lies, and cheap lines, offering both moral support and combative defense with a fierceness most grown women don’t have. Live for today and let tomorrow worry about itself. Disguise her loneliness as something else - sealed in DNA, rooted in the deepest parts of her. It’s up to us to decide who we want to be. Chaotic and simply perfect- too sweet to let go.
